What exactly does AvvA handle?
We arrange lodging, ground transportation, dining, errands, shopping, gifting, bill pay support, and calendar coordination for aviation professionals.
Does AvvA manage flight ops or dispatch?
No. We stay out of the cockpit. Flight planning, dispatch, and safety-of-flight decisions remain with your certified team.
How quickly do you respond?
Wingmates monitor requests around the clock. You set due dates and a service window, and most tasks receive an acknowledgment within minutes during that window. Response speed can vary based on the time of day and overall task flow, so our Client Intelligence™ system reprioritizes work by due date, urgency, and context to keep you updated without overpromising.
Can you work with our preferred vendors?
Yes. We document your approved vendors, loyalty numbers, and spending guardrails before we make a single booking.
How is my data protected?
We use encryption in transit and at rest, enforce least-privilege access for Wingmates, and audit every system connection.
Do you offer an Enterprise option?
Yes. AvvA Enterprise extends support to flight departments and owner teams with multiple crew members, shared guardrails, coordinated coverage windows, and backup Wingmates for critical missions.
How do I submit and schedule tasks?
Most clients use the AvvA iPhone and iPad app to create tasks, attach files, add due dates, and track status in real time. You can also submit requests through our web portal from any mobile browser, laptop, or desktop.
Does the AvvA app work on Android?
Not yet. Today the AvvA app supports iPhone and iPad. You can still add or manage tasks from any device via the web portal, and Android support is on our roadmap.
